Better Housing for Care Leavers

Deeply disappointing that our amendment calling for recognition that there are still children in care and care leavers living in poor-quality housing which must be addressed was not passed tonight. We will continue to pressure the council to address the inadequate standard of housing throughout the city, and the damaging effects it has on the most vulnerable Brummies - including Birmingham’s children.
